Project: Design a new onboarding process for users

Problems 🔥
Users often struggle to differentiate between the current login and signup pages, leading to confusion and drop-offs in usage.
The current design's lack of differentiation is causing user frustration.
The new design enhances user understanding of the page's purpose, leading to an improved signup rate.

On the signup page, I included visual steps to help users better understand the process.

I improved the UX writing to ensure clearer communication.

In addition to UI changes, I introduced a help button to provide users with more information, thereby reducing the workload of the customer service team.
Results 😇
Following the August 2023 update, there was a 40% increase in the number of users who completed the sign-up process, and a notable decrease in the number of users seeking assistance from the customer service team.
